Flux Power Holdings Inc., a California-based provider of energy storage systems, reports Chris Anthony has tendered his resignation as company president and CEO.

Anthony, a founder of Flux Power, is leaving to return full time to his position as CEO of Epic Boats LLC, which he also founded in 2005. He will remain on Flux's board of directors and continue to provide on-going advisory services in this capacity.

Flux Power Chief Financial Officer Ron Dutt has been named interim CEO.
