Survalent Technology has commissioned a new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for Texas-based Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB).

KPUB serves approximately 22,000 customers throughout its 146 square-mile service area, which includes Kerrville, Center Point, Ingram, Hunt and surrounding areas.

The new system features Survalent's open-architecture system based on Windows Server. It includes several of Survalent's open system applications, including WorldView, Command Sequence, Disturbance Capture, Event Data Recording, SCADA Add-In, IED Wizard and Control Panel, Remote Alarm Annunciation, and Short Term Load Forecasting.
