EnerNOC Inc. reports that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued the company its third patent.

Patent No. 8,457,803, entitled "Apparatus and Method for Demand Coordination Network," focuses on the technology, tools and processes EnerNOC uses to deploy demand response resources. EnerNOC now holds five patents globally for its technology, including two patents in Australia, and has 14 additional patents pending.
