Smart grid solutions provider Sensus has named Lou D'Ambrosio the new chairman of its board of directors. He will succeed Jonathan Boucher, managing partner of The Jordan Co., who will remain on the board.

D'Ambrosio has been a board member over the past three years and served as CEO of Sears Holdings and Avaya Inc. He also spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles and was a member of its Worldwide Management Committee.
