GridPoint Inc., a provider of energy management solutions, has appointed board of directors member Todd M. Raba the company's new chief executive officer. Raba will succeed John Spirtos, who is leaving the company.

According to GridPoint, Raba brings over 30 years of experience leading large organizations. Most recently, he held the position of chairman, president, and CEO of the Johns Manville Co., a global manufacturer and marketer of building products. Raba also served as president of utility company MidAmerican Energy Co.
