Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd., a vertically integrated photovoltaic module manufacturer, has announced the grid connection of a 320 MW hydro and photovoltaic hybrid project near the Longyangxia Dam in Qinghai Province, China.

Yingli says it supplied 15 MW YGE series photovoltaic modules for the project. The company adds that during the project's 25-year lifetime, it is expected to deliver 498 GWh of electricity per year to the grid.
