Hendrix Molded Products, a division of Hendrix Wire & Cable, has unveiled its new HPI-LP-14 line post insulators for the utility industry.

According to the company, the insulators meet both porcelain and composite ANSI requirements, as well as exceed ANSI cantilever strength requirements. The line posts have a leakage distance of 31.4 inches and flashover values of 128Kv dry, and 94Kv wet. With a molded-in "F" neck design, the insulator does not need a metal top, the company adds.
