Survalent Technology, a provider of smart grid solutions, has commissioned a new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative, which provides electric service to members in the northeastern Texan counties of Anderson, Dallas, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman and Van Zandt.
The new system features Survalent's available, open-architecture system based on Windows Server. It includes several of Survalent's open system applications, including WorldView, SCADA Explorer, Command Sequence, Event Data Recording, IED Wizard and Control Panel.
