EDF Renewable Energy, formerly enXco, has announced the completion of the 161 MW Spinning Spur wind project, located in Oldham County, Texas.

Southwestern Public Service Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy, will buy the project's output under a 15-year power purchase agreement. EDF Renewable Services, formerly enXco Service Corp., will service the balance-of-plant during the turbine warranty period.
