Energy Curtailment Specialists Inc. (ECS), a Buffalo, N.Y.-based demand response provider, has developed a new online portal for its customers. According to the company, the portal allows participants to fully enhance their experience in ECS' PowerPay! demand response program.

Given a unique username and password, customers can access information and tools that can help them maximize their performance during demand response events, ECS adds. The portal will offer a customized metering interface where customers will be able to track their usage, carbon footprint and overall performance, as well as open up new avenues for communication between ECS and its customers.
