Ontario-based Survalent Technology has commissioned new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for Santee Electric Cooperative and People's Electric Cooperative.

Santee Electric Cooperative's service area includes parts of Claredon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties in South Carolina, with 40,000 members scattered over 5,000 miles of line in the four-county area. People's Electric Cooperative provides electrical service to approximately 15,000 members in 11 south central Oklahoma counties.
